24 hour cancellation policy: 

  • Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hour notice will result in a
    charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • No Shows or Cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged
    100% of the reserved service amount.
  • Clients who have missed 2 appointments will be asked to pay ahead in full when booking all future appointments. These deposits are non-refundable in the instance of a no show.
  • In order to book your next appointment, cancellation and rescheduling fees must be paid in full.
  • There are no fees charged for cancelling or rescheduling prior to the 24 hour notice cut off.

Late Arrivals


Please make it your priority to arrive on time for all appointments as these times are not flexible. While we do our utmost to accommodate clients that arrive late, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may miss their appointment time. We do appreciate clients may be late through no fault of their own, however we also have a duty to our other clients who keep to their appointment times.


  • We reserve the right to charge the full price of appointments that are missed due to client lateness.
  • In the instance of being more than 15 minutes late, clients will be subject to a $20 late fee on top of the cost of their service.
  • If the groomer can no longer accommodate the appointment, the client will be responsible for 50% of the service and will be rescheduled.
  • Prepayment for future services will be requested when a client has been late for 2 or more previous appointments.

Drop off and Pick Up


We are a small salon with very limited space. We have allotted a time frame to all of our
appointment slots, and as such it is very important that clients drop off and pick up their
pet within that time frame.


  • When avoidable, we ask that clients do not drop off their pets more than 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. We would rather you be early than late, but if you are too early we may not have the space.
  • At drop off, you will receive an estimated time for pick up. You will also receive a phone call or text message when your pet is ready for pick up. At the time of the pick up call or message, clients have 1 hour to pick up their pets before daycare fees begin accrue.
  • For every hour past the notified pick up time, a $15 fee will be added to the sum of services provided.



Please know that the comfort and safety of all of your pets is our highest priority. However we are not a daycare, nor are we equipped to provide boarding services. To avoid added fees, and to guarantee the safety and well being of the pets, we ask our clientele to prioritize picking up their pets on time.



These policies enable us to run an efficient salon and to provide the required time needed to serve all of our clients. We have fees in place to ensure the lively-hood of our groomers, but to assist you in avoiding these fees we confirm appointments at the time of booking and 48 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time, and to be available to pick up your pet on time.
